Ratan, a wealthy Marwadi marries Madhavi after the death of his first wife Sukanya. Keshav kaka, a loyal caretaker is like a family to Ratan. He is not very happy with Ratan’s second marriage with Madhavi and he has a strong gut feeling against her. Madhavi is from a poor family and there is an age gap between her and Ratan.
